AT 6:30 I ran.I don't know why it was tough today. My legs said yes, my breathing said no but I oushed on. At 9 I did thr HIIT Class with Angie on 426. 10-12 was Pickleball.Lots of fun. I didn't forget how to play. These people aresu h fun!

12:00 Tom met me and we had lunch at the Saturday cookout. The chicken sandwiches are delicious. Belle is getting me so e of the chicken to freeze. It is so high quality and tender.

When we got back, the day sped by. We texted Ilona, looked at V A loans, more text messages to Ilona,calls to leslie about NH, and birthday wishes to Matt.

Between yesterday and today, we talked to Michelle, Chan, and Todd about our Florida plans. Doesn't seem real but we can dream . We have a lot to think about.

At 4 I went to church. I chatted with mom. After dinner Tom and I went for a bike ride. Lots of fun!

I have just been lazyband finding other things to do. 

Itis already Tuesday. Tomorrow I bring my car to KW for servicing at 7 am. 

No walking with Susan tomorrow. Monday and Tuesday morning aroun 7 am, we walked the bridge. 4.4 miles in all each day. Then we did Zumba, toning and played Pickleball. 

Tuesday i was also fortunate enough to catch Angies upper body workout and Sherry's cardio. Sll,good.

Last night, Tuesday, Bill and Sue came to dinner. Not the same Susan and Bill we have reservations with tomorrow for St. Patrick's Day with Sylvia and Ken.

I HEADED TO THE POOL TODAY. Just hanging out and preparing to send this out. Tonight's dinner, last night's left overs and an easy night. Perhaps to bed early. Up 5:30 this morning for Angies 6 am. What we wont do for exercise.

Margaret and Bob are in KW from Sun- Tuesday. We will drive down Monday to spend the day with them: Trumans Little White House, the tasty Cuban food trick, Mallory Square, and I woukd like to shop a bit.
