DAY 82: SATURDAY, MARCH 20, 2021: A GREAT START TO A GREAT DAY

At 7 am I met Susan and we walked and ran the whole 3 miles of Long Key Bridge: 3 miles out and 3 miles back. In spite of the blustery wind, there were many fishermen up and trying to catch fish. The wind was N/NW at at least 25mph. The time went by so quickly with all the talking we did. I rode my bike across here a few times and it seemed to take forever.

I spoke to Joan a few times yesterday and today. Yesterday was boat survey day. We hope they get what they want fot their boat. They lived on it for so long in the lagoon at Curry Hammock, it may be hard to let go. We will be happy to see her, Gordon, Grace and Werner at Geri and Bill's tonight. We are making the burritos we are so famous for, lol, with all the toppings.

At 9, it was time for Angie s HIIT class at 426. From where she was standing, I could see Judy as well as Angie teaching the class. It was a good one. Then, off to Pickleball. There were a. lot of us today.

Next, very hungry, Tom, and I went to the weekly cookout. The chicken sandwiches are too good to miss. This was followed by a long bike ride through the park.

ELKIE SENT ME THIS PHOTO OF ST PATRICK's DAY
GERI SENT BIANCA THIS ADORABLE OUTFIT. STELLA LIKES IT TOO

RICK SENT ME THE DAILY LAUGH. WHY DO WE NEED THE SHELL WHEN WE ARE STANDING BY THE OCEAN?

We texted Maddy congratulations on getting accepted and attending URI's Honors Program September 2021. We are so proud of her.
We texted back and forth with her and Michelle ( pretty soon another birthday). Can't wait to see everyone! 🤗

AFTERNOON PHOTOS OF THE PICKLEBALL CREW. WHAT A CREW.... THEY INVITED ME TO PLAY 6 WEEKS AGO AND I AM LOVING THE GAME: THEY PLAY FOR THE EXERCISE AND SPORT.  NO ONE TAKES WINS/ LOSES 😳. SO, IT IS TRULY FUN!

DINNER AT THE WEIRS: A RELAXING NIGHT OF DINNER, SAILING STORIES AND MARGUERITAS:

Laundry was the most boring part of today.  I don't know how the dys pass so quickly.
