As we traveled into Kentucky, there were so many places of interest I wanted to stop. We were in the area of the Mammoth Caves National Forest. We passed by Diamond Cave RV Resort. That woulld be a place to stay. Signs for Horse Cave, Mammoth Cave, Diamond Cave-and so many others were passed as we climbed hills and coasted into valleys.
Traffic was light. The greenery beautiful.
I followed mass with Father Zinno and Father Stephen.
THE SERON WAS ABOUT SIMON PETER. I GUESS I NEVER KNEW THAT HE HAD BEEN CRUCIFIED UPSIDE DOWN BY HIS REQUEST SINCE HE DID NOT FEEL WORTHY OF BEING CRUCIFIED THE SAME WAY AS JESUS.
I know we are required to attend mass in person once again but not being near a church, facebook with Fathers Zinno and Stephen has been a blessing.
Tom just mentioned we have entered the Eastern Time Zone. I want to say hello to Sylvia on the girls at 10. I better check at 9 too in case. I will. e happy not to keep switching. We just lost an hour. Lol.
Fruit of the Loom factory was just on our left as we whizzed by. The factory store was next door. We are passing these places way to early on a Sunday morning. Nothing is open.
No run so I am barely awake.
We arrived in Cinncinati around 1:00. I took out my bike and rode around the lake adjacent to the campground. I saw the opening in the gate and saw the bike path going left and right. Tom asked which way I was going. I said right. As I rode, I saw through the forest, families fishing and other families picnicking. I continued along the lake's edge and saw some bridges crossing over streams . Not knowing where I was going, I decided to follow the original bike path which led me by some private properties and back to my starting point. It is between 4-5 miles long. I returned through the gate and crossed the street to the cemetery. Of course, that ride was peaceful. This is the third camp area we visited this week that was avross from a cemetery. What does that mean?
Entering Cincinnati.

ON THE ROAD
THERE IS A RIVER DOWN THERE WITH BARGES ANCHORED
For dinner we had the Tamali Pie Mary Margaret made and we froze. So good. It has corn and is GF so I-can make it for the Sullivans to try. Served with sour cream, quac, and salsa it is delicious.
Chan texted that they went on a family bike ride. We missed doing that with them this trip. Next time!
