DAY 117: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2020: What will happen today!

It was raining....hard. No running outside today. At 8:15 , Tom and I left for Marathon. I went to KCB to join in Mary Ann’s exercise class. Tom went to Mindy’s Chair Yoga class with Bill. Afterwards, we met at Geri’s for a coffee.  My sister Jane texted that they were in Key West enjoying the sites. Tom and I would join them .

We stopped at the Jeep dealers to have my window sticker , the next oil change one, replaced with an accurate one. An error was made in January when my oil was changed. 

We met at Caroline’s on Duval Street. From there we went to Hard Rock for a drink which ended up being a pistachio shot. There was no bar menu there so we went to Sloppy  Joe’s. The place had a great band so the place was jammed. We left and moved down the street to The Hogs Breath Saloon. At last, one table left. We had a great lunch. The yellow tail blackened sandwich was delicious! We didn’t leave there until 4:30 and returned to Sloppy Joe’s. 4 seats at the bar....perfect. The bartender make us laugh. A patron walked in and with her husband and son and immediately  mad “friends “. Lol. We chatted for over an hour laughing and sharing crazy Key West stories.

It was a great day. Sorry, photos are in my phone! Verizon won’t let them be sent to my iPad. 

Perhaps tomorrow!

On the way home we stopped at the Elks to purchase tickets for Sunday nights Frank and Dean Show. 

By 9 pm, we were home.

We hope Joey had a great pre birthday, because we did.
