DAY 123: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2020: VALENTINES PARTY DAY

Yesterday I heard from Linds checkibfbon some ideas to help a child who has problems in school. She had sone  ideas I had not passed on to tye child's grandmothef so talking to her was a big help.

Today I need to check in with Mm and Linda L. 

I also need to clean. Where does all this dust come from?

This morning´s run was very hot. 80 degrees at 6:45. I had all I could do to finish the run. There   was very little breeze but I did it. Next was Step Aerobics with weights. Nancy does a great job. By then, hunger set in.

Today is the Valentine`s Dance is tonight. I`m looking forward to it. Tom will get to meet Cairn and Blanche, friends from Zumba. 

Em and Todd sent us a photo of Leo who was named Student of the Month for Pre K. So cute! What a mug shot!! 

He is so cute!!

We sent this Leo photo to his cousins and aunts and uncles. So proud of him and all of our grand children`s accomplishments!!!

We heard from Joan. She and Gordon enjoyed our spurt of the moment Burgers in Paradise just as much as we did. Spontaneous  is good!

We heard from Bob who will be able to go to Webb and Brandis. Joan and Don can`t. They are racing. Bill should be able to.

Took a giant leap today. I decided to go to the LKLK meeting. Don´t know what i am in for but thoughtbI would try it out. Worse that can happen, I do not return. PS I sat near the door. Lol

It was a long meeting and joined the club. I bought tickets for the cocktail party on Tuesday and offered to help make cheese plates on Monday. Might as well get involved . We are not here much longer. 

The speaker was from the dolphin center that rescues entangled dolphins, manatees, and whales. Ashley, a young marine mammal scientist spoke to the group

I returned to Tom and we ordered Leo and Stellas birthday gift, tickets to Sesame St Live. Wish we were in Buffalo to take them like we took Muriel and the girls to Disney on Ice. The look on the little ones faces is most precious!

Rick and texted back and forth regarding rv seat covers. None really work. Some covers are so expensive and are made so poorly.  Great to have friends who have RV´d so long. They validate what we see and find.  We had such wonderful chats on our cruise with them . 

The dance started at 7 pm tonight. so much fun 7-10pm endless dancing!
