i had planned to do the 426 Cardio Barre , and the class was canceled because the instructor had an emergency 🚨. I 😔, feel badly, but I have been waiting for this class.
So, at 9:15, I hustled down to Lot 328 where Sylvia was teaching an outside class. Very Good! I was so happy to do something else. Having the energy and not wanting to do a class by myself is a drag. Thank you, Sylvia.
ZUMBA WITH MELISSA IS TOMORROW
At 12:30, Tom and I went into Marathon. He went the the chiropractor and I did some quick 30 minute shopping. I bought
and thought I would grill them with onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Served with rice, dinner was served.
I made extra to slice for hors d'hoeves with cheese 🧀 and crackers.
Today we had many texts with Sharon and Stephanie.

I texted with Joan as she drove. When she arrived nearby, she texted. I stood on the table to wave as she and Gordon passed by and beeped the horn. We are happy

Otherwise, the day has been quiet. The weather was hot but not as hot as previous days.
Michele Martins contacted me and asked if I would be the patriotic speaker for the 4th of July celebration 🥳 this year. 🇺🇸 . What an honor! She had asked me to for this year but we were supposed to be in Alaska. I now have work to do. She asked that I start with a biography of me. ??? Where to start?
