DAY 201: MONDAY, APRIL 27, 2020: A NEW WEEK BEGINS

At 6:30, I rose at the sound of the awful alarm. The sun was shining. The wind was light. The humidity very low, and the temperature 68 degrees. Perfect, perfect for running. I had planned to follow mass at 9, Pi yo with Sherry at 9:30, Zumba with Melissa at 11, and a bike ride with Tom at 1:00 through all the neighborhoods around us.

Mass at 9 was once again uplifting and positive. Many people responded to Fathers' mass and the hope he leaves us with each day.
Sherry's piyo class was cancelled today so I did Ali's 100 Challenge which when done results in a 700 movement exercise routine. .

ALI'S 100 WORKOUT:  A GREAT INTENSE BURN WORKOUT

Torrey brought over a beautiful lily plant. A florist she knows was giving them away for her to give people she knows. It was kind of her to bring us one.

                  VERY PRETTY

At 11: Zumba with Melissa. I was so happy she played my favorite songs and did my favorite steps.

GREAT TO HEAR FROM LINDA WHO RECEIVED ONE OF MY THERAPY PAINTED CARDS, HAAAA

SHE IS LOOKING GREAT AND HEALING WELL

It was wonderful to hear from Joan. We are both resting easier knowing we each have an approximate date for heading back to RI. What a relief.
RI is looking better and better. We all love Florida but we have been here way too long.

Shirley called to check in. We are so happy she is with family in Annapolis. She sounds so good.

We had long conversations with Michael a few times today. all is well at home, but chilly. We talked about the nursing hones and the few Vets affected by the virus in the Veterans Home. Although deaths are few, even 1 is too many. We thank him for helping keep mom and dad safe.

Mike RHYTHM called regarding his friends Mike and Robin , whom we met in Marathon. They are looking to purchase an RV and asked for guidance. We spoke with Mike and Robin for an hour and offered to answer any questions we could as they think of them. We told them the three things Jann and Bill told us: Diesel engine, no bigger than 40 feet, one and a half baths. Those suggestions served us well. We also suggested they purchase the RV comparison book we bought. We would have sent them ours, but it is at home. The book helped us narrow down the brand we wanted and could afford getting the best value for our money. Mike and Robin had a Catalina 380 as we did now they want to switch to a land yacht.
We had a nice chat.

DINNER : ALL INGREDIENTS FOR A PULLED PORK TACO 🌮 I GAVE HIM A WRAP TO CREATE

We texted with the Ostiguy's and Sullivan's. Everyone is doing well as can be expected. The kids miss their friends. Lol! So do we miss our family and friends. They are with their families and enjoy being home and sleeping late. I am sure the school work is harder at home than on school. We can't wait to see them all! 😘
