Tomfoolery's Florida Adventure: DAY 46: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2021: AT DAYTONA

At 7:30 am Chris, Steph, and I went for a walk around the campground and by the lake—an hour.

When we returned we did Sidneys 30 min workout for abs and cardio. I made breakfast of Eggs in rings of green, yellow, and red pepper, Canadian bacon, fruit, cinn rolls , and English muffins. Everyone ate well and we didn't need lunch.

I am doing my best to send photos but this atea has less wifi than Long Key. So frustrating.

We ate in the RV since it was raining buckets, and I mean oceans of water. Our area under the canopy and that of Steph and Chris was absolutely soaked to the core. Water was coming up throgh the fibers of our rug. No joke. It was nearly floating.

After breakfast, they returned to their camper to work on a puzzle. We talked to Todd, Em and the kids. New baby arrives Monday. February 16. So exciting! No name yet. Leo and Stella have chosen: Buttercup, Maple syrup, Bianca, amongst a few never to be ones. Bianca Santos does have a nice ring to it but Em also likes Laura. They also have to come upmwith a middle name. Lol, such pressure.

We also talked to Judy and Michael and made reservations at Sun n Fun RV park in.Sarasota when Judy and Michael come to visit.We are so happy to have settled on some dates.

THE RACE WE HAVE CONE TO SEE: THE ACTUAL 500 IS TOMORROW AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO POUR ALL DAY,

Miraculously, the rain stopped in time for the 1:30 Saturday race. It was fun to watch. Hard to believe it could even be run. For 2 hours prior rain chsnces were nearly 70%and the sun was peeking. The track staff was able to use gigantic driers to dry the track for the race. More than one miracle there; the rain stopped and the driers could fo their job in time all after the downpour would have scared even Noah.
