DAY 144: Monday, MARCH 2, 2020: RETURNING TO LONG KEY WITH MIXED FEELINGS

Early morning run at 426 followed by Gina's Weights and Row. Boy, have I missed that and the comradery that goes with it.  

The kids left at 9 today. So hard to see them go. They did get a bike ride in before leaving.

Then it was time to catch up on mail, laundry, shingles shot, bank, empty the refrig, dish washer, etc. 

The shot was not pleasant. The nurse hates giving them as much as I hate getting them. She was quick ut I did get sick at the last shot, part one, 

At 12:30 Charlie brought us to the airport. We were in the air early and back in Lauderdale at 6. The day was sunny so the flight was easy. 

Now we head back to Long Key to pack up and move on to Florida s west coast. 

It was great to share photos with Joan, Linda , and Geri. Texting is perfect for this.

We stopped in HOMESTEAD to have dinner, the headed to Long Key. Texts from Emily contained many great photos. Linda texted to say goodbye. So sorry we will miss seeing her and Carl before we leave. Guess we have to text until next season.
