After returning, the first coffee tastes so good. I sent Tom off to Stretch and Relax with Sylvia then did Urban Rebounding with Sherry at 426 on Zoom.
Breakfast was easy today: An egg fried with a slice of pepperoni and a slice of horseradish cheese on a tortilla. Fold, pick up, and eat!
Tom left for the chiropractor and I did the virtual Plyo class— lots of stretching, balance , and some weights. Tom picked up some of our mail that finally arrived.
Debbie sent us this sweet calendar with its own sticky note pad. Very cute and useful!
VERY USEFUL
I sent an email to Ed Cyr about his book.
We had a good 'chat' about his book, Tom, my Veterans' Home memories , and his service. He asked if I felt I was able to write a review of his book. I certainly would and did!
MICHAEL AND JUDY AT ANNIVERSARY DINNER: CROSSROADS
Today was a quiet day. I chatted with Joan. We are both getting a bit bored. Too cold windy and cloudy to be hanging out outside.
Sharon, Steph, and I texted a lot and enjoyed looking at houses on Zillow. Sharon is on the hunt. The ones she has seen in Boca are amazing, truly tropical.
Today I got the email with my information for the Key West 5 K on Sunday. It is a Virtual One, kind of. I was given a time to arrive, then told to start within 30 minutes of arriving. There are so many streets to turn on left and right, I may have to write the route on my hands. Lol.
TOM AND I DOWNLOADED THE RACE JOY APP SO HE CAN SEE WHERE I AM.
I am hoping the App has the race on it so I can see where the heck I am going.
This race will be different from past years since there are usually thousands of people. With Covid , I wouldn't be going. There are virtual races from wherever you are. I opted for the go to but will leave after the race and will have a mask.
JOSEPH WORKING IN THE YARD: I SUGGESTED HE MAKE THAT BRANCH OR PART OF IT INTO PLANTER.
I think I was so cold today, I can't even remember what else we did. I need to either cook or craft tomorrow.Lol
I really want to ride my bike. I hope the weather will cooperate.
