At 6:30 I ran an extra mile. Sunday is the KW Race and I want to make sure I have the ooph to finish. I haven't had trouble around here but I also have no competition or pressure here either.

After a much needed coffee, Boston's Best has been my favorite brand, I went to Sylvia's Zumba class then her toning class. I connected with Geri about things we have been cooking, and with Joan about her beautiful paintings. We chatted with Michael about things at home. 

Breakfast was an egg fried and surrounded by a pepper 🫑 ring. Lol. I never got to take a photo. Tom ate it. Possibly tomorrow. The sides were slices of pepperoni, mini pumpernickel breads, and strawberries. 

I had a freezing cold yogurt and star fruit smoothie. By the time I took a shower it was 2:30. So hard to believe.

THEY ARE HARD TO SEE.

I continued on finishing a few birthday gifts.

Tomorrow we need to get to the post Office so I will be able to send out cards, etc.

Tom and I did enjoy dinner with them last night. Hardest thing is no hugs with people who are so special in our lives.
