I returned to the RV to do Sherry's PiYo class from Monday. Tom was at Mindy's for chair yoga.
When he returned, we ate.
At 1, I joined a group playing in a Shuffleboard Tournament. I was good, very good at getting the perfect -10's. Lol.
Once in a while I was fortunate to knock them out, but you could say, I helped the opponents. My partner wasn't much better. So, at least it was fun to be outside, meet new people who were trying to have fun safely. Hand sanitizer and wipes were in abundance.
As I left, I was asked to play Pickleball tomorrow at 10. Maybe Sandy who asked me thinks I am as ad at Pickleball as I was at Shuffleboard. Time will tell.
Grace and Werner callec on their way home from getting their first covid shot. I am so happy for them. It is a start to feeling a bit safer.
Jason and Sharon are joining us for an Italian dinner outside tonight under our awning. I am hoping it isn't too cold. Tom turned the car to block some wind. Hopefully, that will help.
Rick's joke of the day:
PROBABLY NOT FAR FROM 😑 WRONG!
At 4, I began putting together hors d'hoeves for Jason and Sharon. I used the lovely display from the Sullivans. It looks great filled with cheese, pepperoni, crackers, and fruit.
LOL I FORGOT TO TAKE A PHOTO OF IT FILLED
I MADE THIS CRACKER BASKET FROM A PALM BRANCH
Nice pasta, sausage, and meatball dinner with the neighbors. Jay brought a bottle of California red wine and we were all set. We were happy to finally spend time with them. They literally are right next door, good neighbors.
By 10 we were all ready to call it a night. Sharon leaves at7 am for work at the Sunset Grille.
I gave her some of the starfruit jam and 2 ornaments. Another night of being as normal as possible. Socially distancing around a table outside, respectful of every one's space. We realized, we are her mom's age.
