DAY 85: SUNDAY, JANUARY 5, 2020: BEGAN THE DAY WITH A RUN

At 7, I was up and out for a run. It was much easier today. The temperature was 55 and the wind around 15. It was refreshing. People I passed asked if I was cold. I laughed and said this is the running temp I like. But, this is very rare here. If I want cool, I have to go out early, very early. I know though it will be at least 70 degrees on the day of the KW race and that is 7:15 am unless we have a tornado delay, twice, like last year!

Before mass, I walked around the beautiful rosary garden and Christmas display. It was beautiful as always.

My other photos are having a hard time downloading. I may have to make them smaller.

All the beautiful photos I have may have to wait.

THE HOLY FAMILY

A BEAUTIFUL ANGEL

Okay so now it let me publish some photos. This program is not easy!

On the way home from church, I had a long overdue chat with Linda. We are so sorry we missed seeing her new grandson last week.

After breakfast , we went to our first square dancing class. It was actually fun. No crazy skirts or boots, just kind people will to teach us. Lots of fun.

After 1 1/2 hours, we had enough. We returned to the Rv and a woman arrived delivering me a membership pin and invitation to the Pavement Pounders Hydration Station gathering on Friday.

We watched some playoff games. Not as interesting with Pats totally out of it!

Tomorrow night we go to Curry Hammock to pick up Joan and Gordon, then off to GERI and Bills for dinner. It will be our first gathering since before Christmas. Looking forwarded to it. We texted back and forth to make the plans.

CANDLES LIT AT MASS TODAY FOR FRIENDS WHO NEED PRAYERS

The longer we live, we find that having good health is a gift. May they all heal and live life to the fullest.

I texted with Michelle, Jackie, Ellen , Laura, and my exercise girls. Always a pleasure connecting with them. I emailed with Grace, and spoke to mom and dad.

At 5, before makes my grilled chicken and peas , we went for a bike ride to the resort‘s beach. It was Tom‘s first visit. It wasn’t a good in the water day, but it was pretty to look at!

OUTDOOR RESORTS BEACH

We then took a bike ride over the 3 mile Long Key Bridge which once was part HENRY Flaglers railroad that began in Ft Lauderdale and ended in Key West. There was a phot of this at a stop near the bridge but ahhh, no phone, no photo!

It was a Great ride followed by a ride through our park looking at the variety sizes and shapes of homes. Each ver different.

Tomorrow morning I’ll run , the ZUMBA followed by a toning class. Let’s see how this all goes.

It should be another full day. We will also wait for the RV repair man to call, also. We hope he is better than a typical Keys repair person who doesn’t call or show up.

HANGING ON OUR DOOR: A MEANINGFUL SAYING GIVEN TO US  BY THE SULLIVANS.

It has a place of honor in the main salon. ⛵️😍⛵️
