DAY 96:FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 2020: PLANNING DINNER AT NO NAME PIZZA WITH LINDA, CARL, GLYN, AND ALAN.

Up at 6:30, of course. My internal alarm goes off by itself now. I don’t even need the alarm. I don’t know if that is good or bad, but, it happens.

Last night we watched Restaurant Impossible which was featuring Parella‘s Restaurante in Warren , RI. Ha, where we grew up. 

It is a show that goes into old failing Restaurants and updates them to make them thrive.  They modernize and change to improve the look and the food. 

Funny to see a place from home featured. We have only been there once.

ZUMBA was good today. Sylvia keeps it new. For me, all her stuff is new!

After Z , we did a circuit of 20 exercises , 1 Minute each, two times around. I though I was in Ali‘s shred class with my sisters. Good work out for all body parts!

I chatted with Todd when he sent the turkey photo.

At 3 we left for Alo‘s Jewelers. Of course I need some thing fixed. Then, we met Linda, Carl and crew at No Name. Carl told me at class he was looking forward to a meat lovers pizza. I told him he deserved it after our hard work out. Too bad it doesn’t really work that way. Lol!

We went to No Name for great Pizza then to Keys Vineyard Church to see The Riot and The Dance, a Movie about Animals in our world, very National Geographic. Beautiful!
