OUR NEIGHBORS‘ HOME: WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE GULF ON THE NORTH AND THE ATLANTIC ON THE SOUTH! GORGEOUS!
We received a text from Jann and Bill. Bless those two. They created an itinerary, caste in silly putty as she said, to get us from Indio, CA to Ferndale, WA that looks fabulous. Everything/every place is new to us so no matter where we go will be exciting. We will chat with them later to fill in details. We are so appreciative that they did this. We are working on making reservations for our journey west then Alaska. Yeah!we miss them in Marathon.
GORGEOUS RAINBOW IN BETWEEN RAIN SHOWERS TODAY
After a breakfast of coffee( lots of it), sausage, and pancakes ( with maple butter from Riverside Maple Farms in Glenville, NY), we went to a square dancing beginners class. We actually remembered a lot from last week. Tom didn’t actually want to go, but he is good at it. Next week we won’t be here as I will be racing in KW. He’s crushed to miss it: NOT! Today was fun. So many kind helpful people. They are truly welcoming!
Emily sent photos of Leo and Stella after swimming . So so adorable:
RED VELVET IS USUALLY LEO‘s FAVORITE
FOR STELLA: DONUT HOLES
I can’t eat donuts or doughnuts but the coffee there is very good also.
Todd called on his way to his Meteorological Conference. We spoke for nearly an hour trying to catch up on family and friends as he drove. We are happy he will be able to see our family in RI on this trip. Thankful for hands free chatting. Helped pass his time as he drove and made me happy. We stopped only when my phone was nearly dead. As always, great to hear his voice and find out how the kids are . They are growing so fast.
We miss all our grandkids. Love their busyness at every age. Lol.
After plugging in our phone, we reconnected with Jann and Bill to talk about her Silly Putty itinerary which is actually very good for us. We will see many new places and things. Hopefully, our coaches, minds, and bodies will all remain healthy! Amen! We need to check in with DEBRA and GUY, the other 2 RVs with us.
Back at the RV we watched KC win over The Texans. Perfect ! Hoping the 49ers win the Super Bowl, though. Other games to win before that point.
KC would be okay, but not the Titans. Just my choice!
For dinner I made chicken quesadillas with all the STUFF, Easy, quick, and good. Of course, I overdid it when I added the lime tortilla chips. Lol!
We were going to go to Florida Boys to watch the Seahawks play the Packers but I didn’t feel like going out at 8 and get back late. FOX is not allowed on our Satellite TV . According to Satellite Dish they have a Problem. Ugh! So, we can’t watch anything on FOX, even sports.
We texted with Joan trying to plan a night at Marathon Community Theater to see : FOUR OLD BROADS.
